Verdeca Salento IGT Organic

The Verdeca Salento IGT BIO is a white wine that expresses freshness and authenticity. Made from Verdeca grapes cultivated using organic methods and harvested manually, it stands out for its strong connection to the tradition of Puglia. Visually, it presents a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, while on the nose it releases delicate and elegant aromas of citrus and white flowers, with hints of elderflower that enhance its immediacy and finesse.

On the palate, the Verdeca Salento IGT BIO is fresh, savory, and persistent, with lively notes of green apple that blend into a harmonious and balanced sip. The careful winemaking process, with brief maceration and aging on the lees until February, gives it structure and complexity.
