Refund policy

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), the Customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw, without having to provide reasons and without any penalty, from any distance contract concluded with AlBio CORINI, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the ordered products.

  1. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication stating their intention to withdraw from the contract to amministrazione@albiocorini.com, indicating: 
  • the order number;
  • the Customer's identification data;
  • the products for which they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Within the same 14-day period, the Customer must return the goods to the address indicated by AlBio CORINI, at their own expense and under their own responsibility, using suitable packaging to ensure the product's integrity during transport.

  1. Return acceptance conditions

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, unopened, and complete in all parts, including original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories;
  • Returns are not permitted for opened or tampered bottles, as these are goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return for hygiene or quality reasons (pursuant to Article 59, letters e) and c) of the Consumer Code);
  • Products must be carefully preserved by the Customer until returned;
  • AlBio CORINI reserves the right to refuse the return or partially reduce the refund if the returned products are damaged, altered, opened, or without the original packaging;
  • Returns of promotional items or gift vouchers are not accepted. 
  1. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of AlBio CORINI receiving the returned goods, subject to verification of their integrity. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – Art. 59 Consumer Code

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • supply of wines or other alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery is expected after 30 days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of AlBio CORINI (e.g. investment wines, rare or collectible products, limited editions).
