TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This website is operated by Orthoquick S.r.l., owner of the ALBio CORINI brand, with registered office at Corso Francia 430, 10146 Turin (TO).

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Terms"), which govern your access to, browsing, and purchasing products through the website www.albiocorini.com (hereinafter, the "Site").

1. Age Requirements and User Responsibilities
The sale of alcohol is reserved for adults. By ordering on our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In case of doubt, we may request proof of identity.
Orthoquick S.r.l. declines all responsibility for orders placed by minors who provide false or unverifiable information.

2. Product Information
The products for sale are described as accurately as possible. The images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only: labels, vintages, sizes, or packaging may vary.
Any unavailability of the products ordered will be promptly communicated to the user, specifying the delivery date.

3. Prices and Currency
All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs, which are clearly indicated at checkout.
Orthoquick S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

4. Conclusion of the Contract
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is deemed concluded upon our express acceptance of the order via a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, particularly from users who have provided incomplete or false information or who are involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• PayPal
• Other methods may be available through Shopify

All payments are made in advance. Payment is only accepted upon successful completion of the transaction. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary from 3 to 6 business days, except in cases of force majeure. Shipping costs are indicated before payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number.
Orthoquick S.r.l. is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or external causes.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to amministrazione@albiocorini.com with the subject "Withdrawal Request" and specifying:

• Order number
• Owner's information
• Product you wish to return

Products must be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used.

❗ Withdrawals do not apply to opened or damaged bottles or opened perishable products.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation (photo of the damaged/incorrect product, a complete photo of the shipping box, a legible photo of the shipping label on the box, and a photo of the courier's delivery receipt).
We will offer you a replacement or refund, subject to availability.

9. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete information
• Not place false or fraudulent orders
• Not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not interfere with the security, performance, or content of the Site

Breach of these obligations may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights and belongs to Orthoquick S.r.l. or authorized third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability
