The artisanal secret: Nebbiolo as nature intended

The Barolo disciplinary regulations impose long aging periods, but what sets our producers apart is their philosophy in the cellar: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, maceration respectful of natural cycles, and a drastic reduction in sulfites. No corrections, no shortcuts. Just organic wine born from living soils — Serralunga, La Morra, Barolo, Castiglione Falletto — bringing the faithful imprint of the vintage and vineyard to the bottle.

• Ideal temperature: 16–18 °C, with at least 1–2 hours of decanting
