We don't look for thousands of labels. We select small Italian producers, we know the wineries, and we choose wines that truly tell the story of the territory they come from.

When a wine is labeled organic, we verify its certification. We look for specific grape varieties, territories, and producers, prioritizing careful processing and limited production.

The result is a smaller selection, but one that has been curated bottle by bottle.
