Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry - Sior Lino is a refined and balanced sparkling wine, born from the hilly vineyards of Asolo and produced exclusively from Glera grapes. Bresolin is a Venetian winery deeply rooted in the territory of Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG — one of the most prized denominations for Prosecco, reserved for the hillside vineyards of Asolo with lower yields and higher quality compared to the Prosecco DOC of the plains. Sior Lino is the name Bresolin gives to its Extra Dry — a tribute to the Venetian peasant tradition, where Prosecco is the wine of hospitality and conviviality.

It presents a delicate straw-yellow color and an intense aroma, dominated by hints of wisteria and green apple, enriched by more mature notes of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it stands out for the harmony between the residual sugar, minerality, and freshness typical of the area. Vinification involves soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation, and careful secondary fermentation in an autoclave, with aging on fine lees for three months.

Recommended for

For those who love Prosecco but want something more than industrial bubbles. Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a denomination reserved for hillside vineyards — more complex, more mineral, more elegant. Sior Lino is the right choice for a refined aperitif, a quality toast, or an all-meal sparkling wine without fuss.

When to drink it

Immediately, well chilled, between 4 and 6°C. It is a wine designed for immediate pleasure — fresh, fragrant, without waiting. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany the entire dinner.

Taste characteristics

Balanced and harmonious: the residual sugar of the Extra Dry blends with the minerality and freshness of the Asolo hills without ever being cloying. The perlage is fine and persistent, the aromas of wisteria and green apple are clean and inviting.

Why we chose this wine

Because Bresolin works in the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG — a denomination that few know but is worth much more than common Prosecco DOC. Sior Lino is their organic Extra Dry: precise vinification, aging on fine lees, secondary fermentation in an autoclave. We chose it because it is a Prosecco that tells the story of its territory and is not content with simply being sparkling.
