Collection: Wines for pizza

Our selection to quickly add to your cart

Pizza is one of Italy's most beloved dishes — and it deserves a wine to match. Our selection of organic Italian wines for pizza covers all styles: from fresh sparkling wines for margherita, to fruity reds for meat pizzas, to rosés and whites for white pizzas and more delicate flavors.

All wines come from small certified organic producers, selected by ALBio Corini for quality and territoriality. And all under 20 euros.

Sparkling wines for margherita pizza and classic pizzas

Sparkling wine is the most surprising — and most successful — pairing with pizza. The bubbles cleanse the palate from the mozzarella and the fruit enhances the tomato. The two Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG — Extra Dry and Extra Brut — and the Vino Spumante Rosato Brut are perfect for margherita, marinara, and classic pizzas.

Fruity reds for pizza with meat and cured meats

For pizza with sausage, salami, cooked ham, or mushrooms and meat, choose a fruity red that isn't too tannic. Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Valpolicella Classico, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo are ideal companions — easy to drink, never heavy, always in balance with the flavors of the pizza.

Structured reds for substantial pizzas

For wild boar pizza, 'nduja pizza, pizza with aged cheeses, or gourmet pizzas with intense ingredients, choose a red with more structure. Morellino di Scansano, Chianti Classico, and Nero d'Avola can handle bolder flavors without overpowering them.

Rosés for white pizza and delicate pizzas

For white pizza, vegetable pizza, buffalo mozzarella pizza, or light pizzas, a fresh rosé is the perfect choice. The Rosato IGP Terre Siciliane and the Cannonau di Sardegna Rosé are fresh, fruity, and always enjoyable.
