The Cannonau di Sardegna Rosé DOP BIO stands out for its delicate pale pink color with purple highlights, which anticipates a fresh and inviting aroma of raspberry and berries. On the palate, it is dry, with excellent acidity balanced by an enveloping softness, making this wine ideal for those seeking freshness and lightness without sacrificing structure. The Cannonau di Sardegna Rosé is made by hand-picking the Cannonau grapes, followed by immediate chilling to 5°C for 72 hours before fermentation. The 6-8 hour cold maceration process enhances the grape's freshness and characteristic aromas. With an alcohol content of 13% and served at 6-8°C, this rosé perfectly expresses the unique character of the Sardinian terroir, making it a versatile and enjoyable wine to enjoy on any occasion.
