Regulations

International Clause: Prohibition of Sale to Minors and International Shipments

In compliance with European Union regulations and the local laws in force in individual Member States, the sale of alcoholic beverages through the albiocorini.com website is strictly prohibited to minors. Alcoholic products are intended exclusively for users who have reached the minimum legal age for the purchase and consumption of alcohol in their country of residence.

By placing an order on our platform for delivery outside of Italian territory (including, for example, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Sweden), the user declares and guarantees, under their sole civil and criminal liability, that they possess the legal age required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages according to the legislation of the destination country (for example, 18 years old for France, Germany, and Spain; 20 years old for retail purchases in Sweden).

ALBio CORINI operates in full compliance with the rules on cross-border trade of excise duty products within the EU. At the time of cross-border delivery, the appointed international express couriers reserve the undeniable right to request a valid photo ID to verify the recipient's age. If the recipient is unable to prove their legal age, or if they are found to be underage according to the laws of the delivery country, the courier will refuse to deliver the goods. In such circumstances, the order will be canceled, and ALBio CORINI will retain the amount related to shipping costs and the return of the goods as a penalty.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. Consume in moderation.
