Bresolin's Organic Rosè Brut Spumante Rosato is an elegant expression of Raboso Trevigiano, an autochthonous Veneto grape variety with a bold identity: tannic, acidic, with a personality that makes it extraordinary when carefully vinified. Bresolin transforms it into an organic Brut sparkling rosé using the Charmat method: gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation (16–18°C), and three months of aging on the fine lees in stainless steel. The result is a sparkling rosé that retains all the freshness and character of the grape variety.

In the glass, it presents a pale pink color with delicate purple highlights and a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose offers floral hints of dog rose and fresh, fragrant fruit aromas of raspberry. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pronounced acidity that provides freshness and cleanses the palate, inviting another sip without ever becoming tiring.
