Brut Nature Franciacorta DOCG Organic

Spensierata's Brut Nature Franciacorta DOCG BIO is Franciacorta in its purest form: zero dosage, no addition of liqueur d'expédition, just the wine and its lees. Made from 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay in 15 kg crates, with seven parcels vinified separately, gentle whole-bunch pressing and careful must fractionation. Fermentation and aging in steel, minimum 30 months on the lees. Disgorgement September 2024. With no added sugar, there is nothing that can hide flaws — or enhance the qualities.

In the glass, it presents a bright and brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, a complex bouquet: white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, delicate notes of bread crust and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is savory, vertical and enveloping, with a freshness that cleanses the palate with every sip and a long, persistent finish with a saltiness that invites the next sip.

Recommended for: For those who love dry, precise bubbles, with no residual sugar — the choice of those who know what they want and are not looking for sweetness. The Brut Nature is perfect with oysters, raw seafood, fish carpaccio, sushi and light fried dishes, or as a pure, highly elegant aperitif. Serve at 6-8°C.
