Franciacorta is Italy's answer to Champagne: a DOCG classic method wine produced in Lombardy, between Lake Iseo and Brescia, using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes grown on unique morainic soils. In this selection, you'll find exclusively organic Franciacorta from producers who work the vineyard with respect and bottle without compromise. Each bottle results from a second fermentation in the bottle, with long aging on the lees that imparts complexity, finesse, and the persistent creaminess that distinguishes a great classic method. Our Brut Nature and Satèn are the purest expression of this philosophy: zero dosage or minimal dosage, no added sugars, just the character of the territory.
