The Saten Franciacorta DOCG BIO Boxed Magnum by Spensierata is the 1.5-liter version of the flagship organic Saten, presented in an elegant box. The Magnum format is not just a question of quantity: in a 1.5-liter bottle, the wine evolves more slowly, with a more favorable ratio between volume and surface area exposed to oxygen. The result is an even more complex and long-lived Saten. Identical production to the standard format: 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay in 15 kg crates, seven parcels vinified separately, gentle pressing, must fractionation (45% free-run + 15% free-surging), minimum 30 months of aging on the lees. Disgorged April 2023. Box included. An excellence of organic Lombardy.

In the glass, it is a brilliant straw-yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, white flowers, light-fleshed fruit, and delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is elegant and creamy, with a freshness that balances the softness of the fine bubbles and a persistent fruity finish that is extended by the complexity of the Magnum format.
