Saten Franciacorta PDO Organic

The Saten Franciacorta DOCG BIO by Spensierata is the most elegant and creamy style of Franciacorta — made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, with lower bottle pressure than Brut, resulting in finer bubbles and a softer, more enveloping mouthfeel. Production is meticulous: hand-harvested in 15 kg crates, seven parcels vinified separately, gentle whole-bunch pressing with careful must blending (only 45% free-run juice and 15% second press). Fermentation and aging in steel, with at least 30 months of lees aging. Disgorged in September 2024. An outstanding organic Lombardy wine.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose offers white flowers, light-fleshed fruit, and delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is elegant and creamy, with freshness balancing the softness and a persistent fruity finish that reflects every month of lees aging.
