The FIVI Market has become one of the most recognizable events in the Italian wine calendar. Here, those who produce wine directly meet those who wish to know it, taste it, and take it home. The protagonist of the Market is the Independent Winegrower: a figure who directly oversees the entire wine production process. They cultivate their own vineyards, vinify the grapes, bottle, and manage the marketing of their wines under their own name and label.

The 2026 edition will host approximately 1,000 Independent Winegrowers from all over Italy at BolognaFiere. There will also be some European delegations associated with the European Confederation of Independent Winegrowers and more than thirty producers from the Italian Federation of Independent Olive Growers.
The public will be able to taste wines, interact directly with producers, and purchase bottles at the stands. The traditional trolleys and carts will once again accompany visitors through the pavilions, facilitating the transport of purchases.
The program will also include masterclasses dedicated to exploring wines, territories, and production-related topics. The schedule and participation methods will be progressively communicated by the organizers.

Four pavilions and 40,000 square meters
The 2026 Wine Market will cover an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, distributed across four pavilions at BolognaFiere.
Pavilions 29 and 30 will be dedicated to Winegrowers, while pavilions 26 and 28 will host the gastronomic sector and services for visitors.
The layout will allow visitors to create their own route among different regions, appellations, and producers. One can start from a familiar territory or let curiosity guide them, moving from alpine areas to islands and from the most famous appellations to lesser-known grape varieties.
Opening hours of the FIVI Wine Market 2026
The Market will be open for three days:
- Saturday, November 21, 2026: from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
- Sunday, November 22, 2026: from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
- Monday, November 23, 2026: from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturday and Sunday offer a full day to explore the pavilions, meet producers, and attend any scheduled events. Monday's schedule is shorter and is traditionally also frequented by industry professionals.

How to get to BolognaFiere
The public can use two entrances:
- North Entrance: Via Ondina Valla;
- West Entrance: Piazza Costituzione.
The Piazza Costituzione entrance allows direct access to the pavilions even when arriving on foot or by public transport. The presence of two entrances also facilitates the distribution of visitors on busier days.
