The Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG BIO 2024 Loisa from Cantina Manconi is born in Alta Gallura, in northern Sardinia, on granite soils at the foot of Mount Limbara. The DOCG Gallura Superiore is the highest version of the appellation: lower yields, superior aromatic complexity. The winemaking is precise: manual harvesting, soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts, aging in steel for 6-8 months, then two months of rest in the bottle.

In the glass, it presents an elegant straw yellow color. The nose reveals mineral aromas with delicate floral notes that enhance the typicality of Vermentino and the unique character of granite Gallura.
