Gattice IGT Toscano Rosato BIO is a fresh and versatile wine, designed to offer a young and contemporary alternative to classic Tuscan reds. With a bright rosé color and clear, crystalline cherry-red nuances, it captivates at first sight. On the nose, Gattice IGT Toscano Rosato releases fine and delicate aromas, with fruity and floral notes typical of fermentation, which enhance its elegance and pleasantness.

On the palate, Gattice IGT Toscano Rosato stands out for its dry, slightly fresh taste, yet full of personality and persistence. Made from 100% Sangiovese and vinified "in bianco" (white winemaking process) with 14 days of fermentation, it undergoes 6 months of maturation in steel and 1 month of bottle aging, maintaining its fragrance intact. With 12.5% ABV and an ideal serving temperature of 12.5°C, it is perfect as an aperitif but also as an all-meal wine, ideal with appetizers, fish dishes, and light first courses.
