The Barbera d'Alba DOC BIO 2024 by Bula comes from the high hills of Diano d'Alba, where the clay-limestone soil and the temperature fluctuations of the Langhe give the grapes a slow ripening and an aromatic concentration that lowland vineyards cannot replicate. Grown using organic methods, fermented in steel for a medium duration, and aged without oak, this Barbera is the most direct and honest expression of a grape variety that is the red soul of Piedmont. Bottled in late spring, unfiltered.
