The Valpolicella Classico DOC BIO 2023 Le Fradare by Bresolin comes from the heart of Valpolicella Classica, among the hills of Negrar and Marano, from a traditional blend: Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara and Rebo 5%. Maceration lasts 7-10 days with two pump-overs a day and two punch-downs for color extraction — a precise technique that gives structure without weighing it down. Aging in steel for about 6 months: no wood, just fruit and terroir. Le Fradare — "the brothers" in the Venetian dialect — is the Valpolicella that is drunk every day in Veneto, made with the same care as the most important wines.

In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red. On the nose, intense and fresh aromas of cherry, typical of the denomination. On the palate, it is soft, savory, and well-balanced, with a light but enveloping structure and a clean finish that invites the next sip.
