Verdeca Salento IGT Organic

The Verdeca Salento IGT BIO is a white wine that expresses freshness and authenticity. Made from Verdeca grapes grown using organic methods and harvested by hand, it stands out for its strong connection to the tradition of Puglia. On the eye, it presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, while on the nose it releases delicate and elegant aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, with hints of elderflower that enhance its immediacy and finesse.

On the palate, the Verdeca Salento IGT BIO is fresh, savory, and persistent, with lively notes of green apple that blend into a harmonious and balanced sip. The careful winemaking, with short maceration and aging on the fine lees until February, gives it structure and complexity. Winemaking: Hand-harvested in crates during the first ten days of October. The grapes are chilled to 4°C for two days in a refrigerated cellar, followed by short maceration in the press and aging on the lees until February.
