Pinot Grigio DOC BIO Friuli

Pinot Grigio DOC BIO Friuli

2024

The Pinot Grigio DOC BIO Friuli It originates in the heart of the Cormons area from biodynamically cultivated vineyards that bring out the best in this grape variety. The manual harvest, performed in the early hours of the morning, preserves freshness and aromas, while the winemaking process combines tradition and attention to detail, with a balance between stainless steel and oak that lends depth and harmony to the palate.

It displays elegant coppery hues, typical of Friulian Pinot Grigio, while on the nose it releases intense aromas of ripe fruit, from yellow peach to melon, with a long-lasting aromatic persistence. On the palate, it is rounded and balanced, with an enveloping flavor that recalls the fruity notes already perceived on the nose. Versatile in pairing, the Pinot Grigio DOC BIO Friuli It pairs well with seafood appetizers, marinated risottos, and grilled, baked, or fried fish main courses, expressing all the richness of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in an elegant and authentic glass.
