Malvasia IGT BIO Venezia Giulia is an elegant white wine rich in personality, an authentic expression of the Cormons area, in the heart of Friuli. Produced from biodynamically grown Malvasia Istriana grapes, it is the result of a careful manual harvest that preserves its freshness and aromatic finesse. It features a bright and inviting straw yellow color with golden highlights.
On the nose, it opens with a clean and delicate bouquet, slightly aromatic, reminiscent of white flowers and ripe fruit. On the palate , Malvasia IGT BIO Venezia Giulia reveals a fresh and balanced sip, harmonious and persistent, capable of precisely recalling the olfactory sensations. Versatile and refined in pairing, it perfectly complements fish, shellfish, and full-fat cheeses, enhancing their flavors. A characterful wine that combines Friulian tradition, artisanal care, and a natural soul, offering an authentic and memorable tasting experience.

Format: 0.75 l
Vinification: Manual selection of grapes and gentle destemming; cooling of the crushed grapes using a heat exchanger; two days in the press; soft pressing using a vacuum press; purification of the must by flotation; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C. A portion of the must ferments in vats with the skins for the entire fermentation process and then ages in barrels. Aged on the lees until the end of February.
