Friulano DOC ORGANIC - Blanc di Simo n It's a white wine with an elegant and refined character, expressing the authentic soul of Friuli. It's made from carefully cultivated Friulano grapes and hand-picked in late September, when they reach their peak expression. Behind every sip lies a balance between tradition and attention to detail, lending freshness, harmony, and a pleasant richness of aromas.

The light golden color with greenish reflections immediately catches the eye, while the nose reveals delicate aromas of white flowers and tropical fruit. On the palate, the Friulano DOC BIO - Blanc di Simo n It's full-bodied and enveloping, with a long, lingering aromatic finish. Versatile in pairing, it pairs beautifully with prosciutto appetizers, light pasta dishes, fish, and white meats. A fresh and refined wine that perfectly reflects the Friulian terroir and captivates with its timeless elegance.

Format: 0.75 l

Winemaking: Manual grape selection, gentle destemming; crushed grapes cooled using a heat exchanger; fermentation overnight in a temperature-controlled fermenter; soft pressing using a vacuum press; must purification by flotation. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Aged on the lees until the end of February in stainless steel barrels. One-third of the must macerates in a truncated cone-shaped vat for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Separation of the skins from the wine using a traditional press. Aged on the lees in vats until the end of February. Blending: one-third vat, two-thirds stainless steel; protein stability through the use of bentonite.
