The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG late harvest - Tonì is a white wine with a bold and seductive character, an authentic expression of Sardinia. It displays a luminous straw yellow with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers an enveloping and complex bouquet, where tropical aromas of pineapple and papaya blend with hints of fresh aromatic herbs, spices, smoky notes, and a delicate buttery touch in the background.

On the palate, this Vermentino di Gallura is distinguished by a warm and smooth mouthfeel, yet well-balanced with a fresh vitality. Hints of lemon candy and subtle hints of thyme make for a refined and persistent finish. Ideal with fish dishes, white meats, and young cheeses, it is best served between 10 and 12°C. An intense and harmonious wine, it enhances the potential of late-harvest Vermentino.

Winemaking: Careful selection of the grapes with manual harvesting, after destemming the grapes are placed whole in the tank and cooled for two nights, subsequently the free-run must is drawn off and fermentation begins.
During the aging process in tanks, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months. It is then aged in bottle for 2-3 months.
