Vermentino di Sardegna DOP has an elegant straw yellow color enhanced by green reflections, which anticipate a fruity scent enriched by a light aromatic note. On the palate, this dry wine stands out for its good minerality and a pleasant persistence, characteristics that make it fresh and harmonious. It is a versatile wine, perfect for accompanying aperitifs with bottarga crostini, rice first courses, fish dishes and white meats, as well as soft cheeses.
Produced exclusively from 100% Vermentino grapes harvested manually at the end of September, the grapes are left to ripen in the sun to ensure perfect ripening. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled to 5°C for 48 hours, followed by cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours, to preserve freshness and aromas. The ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 10° C, to fully enhance the authentic character of Vermentino di Sardegna .

Vinification: Obtained from the vinification of pure Vermentino grapes left to ripen until the end of September to be harvested when well-sunned and ripe.
The harvest is manual in crates and the grapes are cooled to +5° C for 48 hours before vinification, with a further 12 hours of cold maceration of the skins after pressing.
