The Rosato IGP Terre Siciliane is an elegant and fragrant wine, made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, hand-picked between late August and early September. It stands out for its captivating pink color, reminiscent of pomegranate, and an intense bouquet of black cherry and strawberry, with fresh, delicate notes that captivate on first impact.

On the palate, the Rosato IGP Terre Siciliane It reveals a surprising harmony: the full flavor of black cherry and strawberry blends with nuances of pomegranate and an aromatic touch of mint. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months in the same vat, this Sicilian rosé retains its freshness and vivacity intact. It's perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with fish-based first courses, risottos, shellfish, white meats, and fresh cheeses. A refined and versatile rosé, ideal for any occasion.
