The Pecorino IGT Terre di Chieti It's a refined and fresh white wine, produced in the Abruzzo hills of Giuliano Teatino. Its bright straw yellow color, with delicate greenish highlights, anticipates an elegant bouquet, dominated by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits such as plum and medlar, enriched with citrus notes and light vegetal nuances.
On the palate, it is dry and pleasantly savory, with a harmonious balance that allows for a long finish and a very pleasant almondy finish. Its versatility makes it perfect for aperitifs, especially Ascoli Olives, and light first courses based on fish or vegetables, as well as delicate main courses and fresh cheeses.
The vinification process involves gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation, followed by aging on the fine lees for approximately four months, which helps give the wine structure and a pleasant creaminess. Served between 10 and 12 degrees, the Pecorino IGT Terre di Chieti It is an ideal choice for those looking for an elegant, fresh and characterful white.
