Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis Vigna S. Giuseppe DOCG BIO

Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis Vigna S. Giuseppe DOCG BIO

2019

The Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis Vigna San Giuseppe DOCG It is exclusively produced from the historic San Giuseppe vineyard. Made from Nebbiolo grapes vinified with indigenous yeasts and undergoing a long maceration, it ages for over four years in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another year in the bottle. The result is a great meditation wine, combining power, structure, and extreme finesse.

The color is a captivating ruby red tending towards garnet. The bouquet is intense and layered: it opens with notes of violet, stewed plum, leather, and baking spices, then veers towards more ethereal scents of lavender, incense, licorice, and dried herbs. On the palate, the Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis San Giuseppe Vineyard It's striking for its breadth and complexity: Marasca cherry, mint, black tea, and an elegant spicy undertone intertwine in a punchy yet perfectly integrated tannic structure. Ideal with red meats, aged cheeses, and even refined fish dishes, it's a wine capable of evolving magnificently over time, always maintaining balance and vivacity.
