Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry - Sior Lino is a refined and balanced sparkling wine, produced from the hilly vineyards of Asolo and made exclusively from Glera grapes. It has a delicate straw yellow color and an intense aroma, dominated by hints of wisteria and green apple, enriched with riper notes of white-fleshed fruit.

On the palate, this Asolo Prosecco Superiore stands out for the harmony between residual sugar, minerality, and the freshness typical of the area. Ideal throughout a meal, it pairs elegantly with delicate pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, and white meats. Vinification involves soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and a careful secondary fermentation in an autoclave, with aging on the fine lees. A prosecco of great finesse, perfect for those seeking a balance between structure and fragrance.

Vinification: Soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature (17° -19 °C) with selected yeasts. Aged and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel for three months. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Italian method in stainless steel autoclaves. Microfiltration is performed before bottling to separate the yeast cells from the sparkling wine.
