Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut - Benny is an elegant and modern sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown in the Asolo hills. Pale straw yellow in color, it stands out for its refined, floral aroma: peach blossom, wild rose, and passion fruit blend with fruity notes of apple, grapefruit, and pineapple. The persistent and harmonious finish reveals citrus and tropical nuances, making for a lively and complex aromatic experience.

On the palate, Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut is savory and well-structured, with a light acidity that enhances its freshness and balance. Ideal with appetizers and fish-based first courses, it also pairs perfectly with white meats and delicate cured meats. Vinified with soft pressing, controlled fermentation, and aging in stainless steel on the fine lees, this sparkling wine expresses its best qualities between 6 and 8°C, offering a clean, dry, and highly refined palate.

Aroma: Elegant on the nose with floral notes, reminiscent of peach blossoms, wild rose, and passion fruit. The fruity aromatic component comes from apple, grapefruit, and pineapple. The aftertaste lingers with vibrant floral and pineapple notes, accompanied by citrus notes.

Format: 0.75 l

Vinification: Soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature (17° -19 °C) with selected yeasts. Aged and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel for three months. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Italian method in stainless steel autoclaves. Microfiltration before bottling separates the yeast cells from the sparkling wine.
